BigLoads Merch operates as a print-on-demand store. All merchandise is produced specifically for each order once it is placed. Because of this, all sales are final, except as outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, BigLoads Merch does not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect color selection

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Items that do not fit as expected

Minor variations in color or placement that occur during printing
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing a purchase.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
BigLoads Merch will issue a refund or replacement in the event of:

Damaged items

Manufacturing defects

Misprints

Incorrect item received
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery

Clear photo evidence must be provided showing the defect or error
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.
No Returns Required
In most cases, defective or incorrect items do not need to be returned. Once the issue is verified, BigLoads Merch will issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.
Shipping Issues
BigLoads Merch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and processed in accordance with the policies of the payment provider. Processing times may vary.
